PlexWell Technology from SeqWell integrates normalisation into a simple workfow to create balanced libraries. The simple 3 hour workflow multiplexes 100’s to 1000’s of samples for loading on a single sequencing run. The plexwell technology is an ideal technology for samples from amplicons or microbiome samples, improving evenness of coverage, decreasing library prep time and decreasing overall cost.
The worklow utilises transposon’s to randomly insert unique i7 indexes into genomic DNA. These samples and then pooled together to create a single sample that can be indexed with an i5 barcde adapter.
